Container for preparation of raw material

     In our construction we establish container for preparation of raw material from the synthetics, not giving in corrosion. Inside of container the mixer operated from the central operating console of the block of automatics settles down.
     Volume of container for preparation is the little more than volume of a daily fill of raw material at a continuous duty of biogas installation.
     The container of preparation of raw material settles down above a reactor so that the raw material got in a reactor of its own accord. The dung or the crushed organic waste materials are delivered to container of preparation on a ramp, water moves through a hose pipe. Before a bookmark of raw material in preparatory container it necessarily filtrates for removal of stones, a glass and any other large fragments which can litter a drains.
     For larger installations the preparatory container settles down flush with a reactor, and in it the fecal pump for pumping-over of raw material in a reactor is installed.

Feeding system of raw material in a reactor
  
     If the container of preparation of raw material settles down above a reactor the feeding system of raw material in a reactor is represented itself a sewer of necessary diameter and a closing cock.
     At a locating of preparatory container at a level of a reactor to system the pump is added. Classical fecal pumps have an essential deficiency - narrow output throat. It imposes increased requirements on the dimensions of solids in raw material and on curvature of connecting tubes.

Reactor
  
     The reactor represents full container from a synthetic material. It has holes for an inlet and a yield of raw material, a hole for a gas discharge. In it the system of hashing, system of preheating, level sensors and temperatures is installed.
     All linking to walls of a reactor are executed hermetically. In a reactor there is a port through which installation of equipment is made, and also major repairing is executed.

Heating system of a reactor
     In a photo the wires brought to an electrical system of heating of a reactor are visible. Heating elements are installed inside of a reactor. They work synchronously with system of hashing for maintenance of even heating.
     In case of gas system of heating of a tube from the gas boiler enter into a reactor. Inside of a reactor heating elements on which hot water from the gas boiler runs are installed.
     But for an initial warming up of a reactor all is desirable availability of an electrical system of preheating. Its cost is low, and will not affect apparently a total cost of biogas installation.

Mixing system
     The mixing system represents the electromotor intended for operation in reactive fluids, and a propeller with necessary diameter and a step. This system is installed inside of a reactor so that to provide a motion of all mass of the raw material which is being a reactor.
     The interior locating of the engine in a reactor facilitates a problem of adjustment of a direction of a jet of mixing by an optimal fashion. At a locating of the engine outside the revolution axis is obtained rigidly anchored concerning wall of a reactor. In that case it is expedient to apply not screwing, but paddle-type system of mixing.

Warming of a reactor
     In an ideal the reactor should represent a thermos, that is have exterior both interior wall and empty space between them. In real requirements to make such reactor it is impossible, but the system of warming of a reactor should be under construction by a similar principle.
     The reactor should be installed on solid enough, but with a good heat insulation, a support. The elementary material for such support is wood.
     The top of a reactor is automatically warmed by a gas blanket which is in it. Nevertheless, it is necessary to warm top of a reactor in the same way, as well as walls as the main heat losses go in the upper direction.
     Thus, we obtain, that warming of a reactor should represent aerial bed or bed from sponge and the exterior wall reflecting warmly inside and providing leakproofness of aerial bed.

System of drainage
     In case of when the container for accumulation of ready biofertilizings is below a reactor, the system of drainage represents a sewer with the cock. Feature of the shape of an offtake pipe consists that it should not suppose air entrainment inside of a reactor at drainage of slimes.

Gas-holder
  
     In photos variants of "wet" and "dry" gas-holders are presented. The "wet" gas-holder is the bell of the calibrated weight floating in water. The "dry" gas-holder is the elastic container covered from above by the calibrated load.
     The "wet" gas-holder is obtained more expensively in manufacturing and it is more difficult on stream, than "dry". The fluid in a "wet" gas-holder should not freeze on a frost. The bell should slip on directing in order to prevent a skew and jamming.
     The "dry" gas-holder is cheaper and easier in manufacturing. Elastic container of a dry seal gas-holder - inexpensive part easily exchanged in case of wear.

Gas system
  
     The gas system is a gas pipe not only leaving a reactor. The gas current passes through the filter for moisture removal, a trilling with a yield on a gas-holder, the pressure gage, a back pressure valve, a safety valve. Depending on phylum of raw material and method of using of gas filters of hydrogen sulphide and a carbon dioxide can be added still.

The block of automatics
     The ideal variant of the block of automatics is a computer with boards of input of the analogue information and an output of control signals. This solution the most flexible, but also the most expensive, considering the prices for payment, data units, executive devices and the software.
     We apply a gang of standard inexpensive controllers to small and average installations: the timer, temperature controller, etc. As a result the block of automatics is obtained inexpensive and simple in management that is important for the unskilled attendants.

RANGE OF OFFERED SMALL BIOGAS INSTALLATIONS.

     We offer 3 basic biogas installations: with a reactor of 3 cubic meters, 5 cubic meters and 8 cubic meters.
     Installation with a 3-cubes reactor consists of: container for preparation of raw material with an electrical system of hashing, system of a gulf of raw material of its own accord, a reactor with system of electropreheating and an electrical system of hashing, warming of a reactor, a dry seal gas-holder displacement volume of 1 cubic metre, gas system, system of drainage of slimes of its own accord, the block of automatics, a kit of the documentation. Cost of such installation without delivery and installation works is approximately 3700 USD.
     Cost of installation works is approximately 30 % of cost of installation, and cost of delivery is determined separately in each concrete event. The customer can make installation in full or in part works and delivery independently, using the complete documentation.
     Installation with a 5-cubes reactor consists of: container for preparation of raw material with an electrical system of hashing, system of a gulf of raw material of its own accord, a reactor with system of electropreheating and an electrical system of hashing, warming of a reactor, a dry seal gas-holder displacement volume of 1 cubic metre, gas system, system of drainage of slimes of its own accord, the block of automatics, a kit of the documentation. Cost of such installation without delivery and installation works is approximately 6000 USD.
     Installation with a 8-cubes reactor consistd of: container for preparation of raw material with an electrical system of hashing, system of a gulf of raw material with the pump, a reactor with system of electropreheating, system of water preheating by the gas boiler and an electrical system of hashing, gas boiler, warming of a reactor, a dry seal gas-holder displacement volume 1 cubic meter, gas system, system of drainage of slimes of its own accord, the block of automatics, a kit of the documentation. Cost of such installation without delivery and installation works is approximately 11800 USD.
     One-reactor installations on 10 and 15 cubic metre are still possible. Their cost settles up on each concrete ordering depending on a complete set.
     All the others of a profile are manufactured under the multireactor schema, and their cost too settles up under each concrete ordering depending on a required complete set. We shall note only, that cost of installation from several reactors it will be apparent less, than cost of the same quantity of one-reactor installations.

SMALL INSTALLATION FOR PRODUCTION OF BIOFERTILIZINGS.

     We have developed installation for spanning maximally wide spectrum of potential consumers of our production with minimumly possible price.
     Already for 3-cubes biogas installation there is a question: where to put those of 5-8 cubic metres of gas which it can produce in day? For heating the house they will not suffice, for operation of the generator of an electricity too. Remain only cooking on a gas cooker, a warming up of any amount of water...
     For small installations gas ceases to have any economic sense as expenses and efforts on its storage and salvaging "eat" potential economic benefit. And here the fertilizings made in biogas installation of any dimension, always provide the basic component of payback of such installation.
     Therefore we have offered for private persons the elementary installation for production of highly effective biofertilizings. It represents a reactor in volume of 200 litres with an electrical system of preheating, hand-operated system of hashing, the elementary automatics of maintenance of temperature, hand-operated system of a batch of a reactor, system of drainage of its own accord with a closing cock, the water valve for waste interception of produced biogas. Optional this installation becomes covered by warming.
     Cost of such installation is 300 USD without warming and 400 USD with warming. Similar installations in volume of 300 and 500 litres are possible also.
     Such installation works in an intermittent cycle. It produces on the average 8 litres in day of the concentrated fertilizing which, being deluted in 20 time water, can be applied to fertilizing of natural and neighbour's gardens, raising improving productivity from 20 % up to 200 %. These 8 litres is enough for fertilizing 100-200 square meters a garden for all season. So for a year such installation by the fertilizings will cover 36500-73000 square meters.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PLACEMENT OF BIOGAS INSTALLATION.

     Before the ordering of biogas installation it is necessary to determine in what place of the facilities it can be disposed. It should be done, in view of availability of necessary communications, safety and simplicity of exploitation.
     Water and the electric power are necessary for operation of biogas installation. Gas made by biogas installation should move to the consumer on a gas main of low pressure that imposes limitation on its length. The generated fertilizings are necessary for for draining off in enough greater container which dimension depends on velocity of salvaging of fertilizings.
     Despite of small weight of biogas installations of our construction, the pressure rendered on a soil by the filled reactor reaches 2 tons per square meter. Therefore the surface on which the reactor will be installed, should be solid and smooth. Most easier to concrete it.
     If the batch of a reactor is processed of its own accord from container of preparation of raw material, such container should be located on a platform with a ladder or a ramp on which uprise of rations of raw material to container of preparation is made. The platform should maintain weight of the filled container for raw material and the functional with necessary margin of safety. Optimum, if for a structure of such platform it is possible to take advantage of features of terrain. If such opportunity is not present, the platform is necessary for making, is most easier it to weld from metal constructions.
     As biogas installation produces a combustible gas, it is necessary for protecting from access of stranger people. If installation places not in, but on open air it is necessary to cover it a canopy protecting from activity of rainfall and direct solar beams.
     If installation stands not indoors, it is necessary to think of warming not only a reactor, but also water, gas pipes, tubes of a batch and drainage of raw material, closing cocks. If installation stands indoors it is necessary to provide ventilation of this room and a deduction of a yield of an emergency valve outside.
     Our installations are calculated for power supply by a three-phase electric current by a voltage 380V. We can alter an electrical part of installations and on a single-phase current 220V, but it is improbable, that on one phase it will be possible to submit a required power (from 8 kW for 3-cubes installations). It is clear, that such power will be consumed not constantly, but peak load will be such.
     The platform for placement of biogas installation should be supplied by protection against lightnings and ground connection.
